The hotel was beautiful, although the staff are urged to push guests to sign up for a tour to sell timeshares. The rooms were exceptional, the mini bar was stocked daily and access was freely available to guests to restock should they need to. We've been to many different resorts in many different counties and this was the best one by far. The value for the money is outstandingly great. We've stayed at resorts that cost twice as much as this one and the overall service, food, drink and activities was nowhere near the high quaility that you get at the occidental grand xcaret.... Place is great. Safe and convinient for families. Food is really nice. Variety of restaurants and type of food. They mean it when they said All Inclusive. Rooms are clean and being cleaned daily. Service is really nice and the staff are very friendly. Definatly will be back.
