Everything was as advertised with respect to what was shown on the websites and brochures. When we arrived the check-in experience was quick and efficient. My biggest complaint was the service. I didnt find the cleaning staff very good and the beds were very hard. However the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and we had awesome service at the swim up bar! More

After reading the great reviews of this resort we were not disappointed. 6 of us just came back from 1 week at the Grand Xcaret. The bay was perfect for snorkling and just laying back and relaxing.
