Enjoyed our stay there for memorial day weekend! Staff super nice and helpful, hotel pretty quiet and so quaint with hammocks on each balcony. Definitely better than the all-inclusive hot mess hotels for sure. Loved it! Right in the center of town, yet directly on the beach. We had an oceanfront room and loved the design, decor and views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds and facilities were beautiful, clean and inviting. Playa Palms was the perfect "home" for us while in such a cool beach town. We'll be back :)
