Staff was great, room clean and just know.....no phones in room, no TV on entire property & Wi-Fi is spotty at best in rooms (OK in Lobby area)......AC comes on at 7 p.m. each night, off at 7 a.m.......just open doors and let the breezes do their thing. We stayed in cabanas Tulum from the 3/4/13-8/4/13 and loved it. We stayed in room 32, this was garden view, 2nd floor and had a bit of a view of the beach through the trees. beautiful beach! rooms are expensive like nearly everything at tulum but the view of our seaside room was amazing it was windy in march but nice waves nice restaurants along the beach and in tulum Center good if you have a car and a torch
