I found the service, food and all other aspects of my stay to be FAR superior to that of my stays elsewhere in Cabo and Cancun. These people (Riu) really know what there doing. My husband and friends are at this hotel for a stag this weekend. Their very first night there his I-phone got stolen from their room. I googled 'theft cabo' and tons of reviews saying this hotel has rampant theft problems popped up. One review even said that using the room safe isn't even secure.
