I stayed in this hotel over the xmas holiday and had an awful time. My mother who is in a wheel chair had a terrible time as the hotel has no facilities for people with disabilities. Beautiful, large resort. Stay at villa 7 - has own concierge, and is by main pools. It's a walk to breakfast and dinner, but it's a lovely walk. We had a great stay at this hotel. The food was not gourmet but it was good. Like anything else when you eat the same thing non-stop, it gets old. The rooms were nice and very clean.
