Have stayed numerous times, friendly, clean, great breakfast, everything done to the highest standard.Perfectly located on the main Kilbeggan - Tullamore road.The hostess could not be more helpful. Would strongly recommend staying here to anyone.

Stayed overnight while on a racing trip around Ireland, the choice of digs in Kilbeggan seems to be only Seber House. However, they are not resting on their laurels. The place is very neat and extremely clean, the service is excellent and the rooms are spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent.
