“AMAZING RESORT, BEAUTIFUL WEDDING!!”

We just got home from our trip May 12-19. We got married here and had about 32 guest. The resort is huge and very clean. The grounds are beautiful, the maintenance crew is out working everyday. i went to Barcelo Maya Tropical resort from May 6 - May 12th through Sunwing. Sungwing flights are very tightly seated. I don't recommend sunwing at all due to prior issues with them, as they do not care much about the customers because they know someone will book with them as their prices are fairly cheaper than other airlines. “The best service ever!”

Excellant service by ALL staff, grounds and rooms were spotless. Beautiful resort, abundance of food and drinks. The little shopping village at the front is very quaint with a nice selection of local items. My only complaint is that the week went too fast!
