The hotel was great. It is situated in a gated community called Puerto Adventuras and it felt very safe. We even walked the Marina area at night. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the Marina. Can see the dolphins as you walk through. Shops were willing to barter. The shops in the hotel seemed reasonable as well. (cheaper... More

As this is my second visit to this resort, and 5th visit to the Riviera Maya section of Mexico, I can state with conviction, the value is outstanding! I have read reviews by visitors who were at the resort the same time myself, my fiance, and her parents were, (Feb 1-15, 2012) and frankly I feel sorry for them! They... More

Myself and two of my girlfriends went for 6 days. It was my first trip to mexico and first all inclusive, so I have nothing else to compare to, but I was quite impressed. The staff are very friendly, especially the animation crew and bartenders. Our room was nice enough and very clean. We had a minor incident with a... More

There was 6 people in our group and we had a great time at the resort, it was very beautiful. It is located in a gated community with a marina, shops, restaurants, condos and other resorts. We felt very safe. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. We had standard rooms and were very satisfied with them. They were... More

Attended a wedding, nice spot, but there were people walking around while the ceremony was going on. Rooms were nice, but FYI lots of stairs, not condusive to seniors or strollers. Food was ok in the buffets. A la carte was disappointing, especially the Mexican. Could not get in to eat at the Japanese unless you waited in line for... More

The moment I walked into this resort I knew it was going to be a blast. The staff were super friendly, and will love you even more if you try to speak a bit of spanish. The style of the resort was beautiful and provides you with a nice mexican flare. If you get a chance to visit the creperie... More

As this is the sister hotel of the Catalonia Riviera Maya, where we have just spent the last three weeks, arrived home wednesday 8th feb. We would be very dissapointed if we had to stay there, it is in need of a large makeover, all the thatch on the buildings needs to replaced, and the hotel looks a little tired... More

Fantastic resort, booked on the fly, was prepared for the worst due not checking out resort reviews. Resort is huge, lots of staff, great la carte restaurants of different varieties and standard buffet fare. Great wifi, room was standard, (so good, I thought I had an upgraded room!) Resort is really like two hotels in one, Yucatan Beach & Riviera... More
