I found the hotel to be very good for the price. Obviously if you pay double for a room (in a place like the Lucerna, for example, then everything will be much more fancy and efficient). The bar is fake they DON'T serve liquor! They will NOT accept American US Dollar! No ATM machine, You need to leave a deposit for phone, Towels were not replaced, they had no room service at night, room was not cleaned, the front staff was useless in meeting my needs. I will never book at this hotel again.

Stayed 2 nights. Small room but adequate for a couple. Restaurant and bar service were good (ate breakfast there and bought bottled water) Staff were pleasant and helpful. I liked the card security to use the elevators up to the floors and the use of luggage carts. Good value.

I just have a comment. During my stay, the service was good (reception, restaurant). I stayed at 6 floor and the hall from the elevator to the room always was dirty. The room: Small but clean with a mildly comfortable bed. Shower was a little small with a non adjustable overhead nozzle. On site Restaurant: Food quality was very good. I have used this hotel 4 times since it opened. It is within walking distance of all the major government office. Good price. Parking.
