My fiance and I travel to Veracruz December 11 to December 22 2011. this hotel is noisy and at all times busy, but the neighbouring hotel blasts hellish music at their pool all day long, depriving guests of the tranquility of the beach setting. Hotel staff claimed there was nothing they could do.

I've been traveling to Veracruz for 5 yrs (1 or 2 times/ yr) and have stayed at the Crowne many of those visits. I also enjoy the Hotel Emporio and often split my stay (~3 weeks )between the two.
