My wife and I spent 7 nights at the bel air arriving January 29th. We arrived late, check in was fast. This resort is quite which is fine by me, no young drunks that I saw. We booked this on I travel 2000 through nolitours. One thing to note with nolitours is you will be put in a small room... More

We arrived at Bel air Collection resory on January 16..2012 and were greeted with friendly accommadating Staff. Anwar was extremely helpful. He and all his taff accomadated all our needs. The meals were great and we had a beautiful Studio room with an oceanview and balcony. I wished only that they would have had premium beer and liquor. Other than... More

This resort has 3 class levels - Owners, who get preferential rooms & cost of services, and have pride of ownership, All Inclusive hotel guests who are there for the deal (and may not be as respectful of neighbors), and II Exchange Guests - who are somewhere up the middle. There are some staff that try hard to help you... More

My overall experience was good, and I had a great stay. I went with my boyfriend and we were looking for a quieter, smaller resort. You defiantly have that here, we are in our mid twenties, and although I had a good time, I don't think I will return to this resort, the surrounding area, yes! It's beautiful. We found... More

At this resort you need to sign your receipt for everything you consume. I dislike this a lot. I like other resorts that have a la carte OR buffet, this resort had a la carte most nights and buffet the others. You had to sign your receipt after every meal which made leaving the "restaurant" really annoying, sometimes it felt... More

The resort was purchased recently and they are trying to upgrade but some glaring omissions still need to be addressed. First is wifi connection. The web says wifi available in common areas.... In reality, if you want wifi, it will cost you 185 pesos each day. Most resorts now understand the type of communication world we live in and not... More

Nice resort, if you are over 55 and have no kids this is place for you. Also if you like greasy foods and no choices this is the place for you. Drinks are all fake pre mixed sugar loaded disgusting stuff....no mojito's (they said they had no mint....) Also if you like dirty beaches, mirky water this is the place... More

We booked our holiday with I travel 2000 and nolitours. We were a group of 4, 2 women and a couple. We had requested 2 double beds and one with a king bed. The ad said deluxe run of the house room. We were not advised that this room ONLY comes with king beds and are so small the room... More

Granted the property was sold out, granted that ILX made a mistake - it was still a huge disappointment. Our Suite was a room divided by curtains. This does not work for our family. The wi fi that was 12 bucks a day did not work in our room. Upon arrival, we ordered lunch at the bar. Fifteen minutes after... More
