Booked via internet and it worked ok. Room simple and small. Lack of coffemaker was disappointing but there was a kitchen downstairs where you could make hot drinks. Huge fridges were also there I could hear complaints of food being stolen. No hairdryer in the room but the reception staff was helpful and lend it to us. more

Good value for our money, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and available. Food in the dining hall was terrific. Best room in the facility is the Great Room with the view of the mountains. I love the location of the Banff Y in the town of Banff. Even my room had a mountain view. I would definitely come back... more
