I was in the hotel on a business trip for about a week. The bath in the first room was so dirty that I had to change rooms. Whenever I am in Calgary on business, this is my favourite hotel to stay at. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. There are several restaurants near the hotel and there is a large shopping mall just a few minutes away.

“Good location when you go to see Calgary Flames game!”

We chose the hotel because of a good location for a visit the ice hockey game of Calgary Flames.You don't need to go to Saddledome by car it's just 2 stops with a tram from this hotel.But it's not a good position for a downtown visit.Rooms are clean and good.There's also a pool.

“Has pros and cons but mostly pros”

The split stairwell to get to the room was not a bonus - and NO continental breakfast ( a rarity at this chain) was another no but much much better than some other options on Macleod Trail. Clean, and they put a fridge in when I asked so a good choice for Chinook Mall area.

Our hotel is built on a hill so unfortunately does not have an elevator at the entrance, there are 7 stairs to go up to the 4th floor and the same to walk down to the 3rd.
