“Nicely decorated, good value, but really not clean. At all.”

The Oscar is located in a city neighborhood 1/2 block from lots of shops and restaurants on 17th Ave. The tiny apartments have all amenities -- internet, printer, CD player, flat-screen TVs and full kitchen.
