The rooms were fairly spacious, but the hotel doesn't offer much else other than a great location. Connected to the +10, this hotel made it easy to go to business meetings downtown and is within walking distance from the 8th street area and the river as well. I was really impressed with the overall accomodation. The room had a fridge, microwave, kettle , and coffee maker with Starrbucks coffee.
