Although we stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day the service was excellent, although being Christmas Day, the housekeeping staff was unavailable. Answer: When the good is average, the restaurant service excellent, the front desk staff have no clue about how to get information on buses, the rooms are comfortable, the meeting facilities excellent. Suggestion: remind staff that the longevity of their jobs is related to guests being happy enough to return. Help them to know what it is like to arrive... More
