While the staff and location are always fantastic, I have found over the last few stays that this hotel is definitely in need of a make-over. This hotel is a bit hidden into the core of downtown Edmonton. Took us a while to find it, but the amazing staff made up for it all. The hotel is walking distance to most of the downtown buildings. It's close to city hall where there are always great events happening.
