We have just returned from our ski holiday in Jasper, staying at the above hotel. On arrival the room we had booked, through tour operator was not available, but with lots of help from Karen on reception desk and Rachel (great Ingham's rep) this was all sorted and we had the room requested the next morning. The staff could not... more

Jasper is such a lovely place and this is proven with the Astoria Hotel, it is only a small hotel but the staff are so friendly, the beds are comfy and everything is clean. This is attached to the D'ed Dog Bar and Grill (See my review) which is a lovely bar and you don't even have to go outside... more

Stayed here with friends over xmas and new year on a skiing hotel. Great hotel, yes the rooms are small, but they are clean and warm, and the staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The pub next door is a great place to spend an hour or two, try the chicken wings with a beer or three. If you... more

I have just returned from a trip with friends over the xmas and new year holiday. The hotel is a classic small town hotel. The rooms are fairly small compared to most North American hotels but they had everything you would expect TV, Fridge and daily room service. The staff were very helpful and met our every request nothing was... more

The rooms were small. They were clean though. We were disappointed by the lack of service from the staff at the desk. Our room was supposed to have been converted to the king size bed, it was not, and they told us they were unable to change it, there was not any apology given, and an attitude of "oh well... more

Saw the room and decided to book it, bit cramped but the location was good on the main street, parking across the road in the main car park, and had the basics with nice en suite. Not having a lift was a problem as we had large, heavy cases which we had to haul up the stairs, no help given,... more

Have booked small groups into the Astoria on two occasions in the past two years and were satisfied with the service, cleanliness and amenities offered. Location is central, staff are friendly and rooms, while pretty small, are nice and clean and provide everything you need. We have always found them to be very flexible with our booking arrangements and willing... more

I stayed at this hotel from 7th - 14th January, and it was absoulutely brilliant, the staff are so friendly, they cant do enough for you, the rooms are comfy, with a telly to watch while you are getting ready for a session in the De'd dog bar downstairs! The food in there is really good, and so is the... more

This was my first ever trip to Canada, it has been a dream of mine to go and i finally got there with my daughter for 14 amazing days. We aren't skiers and only went for the scenery. Firstly, if you are going to Jasper, try and arrange that your connection from Calgary to Jasper is during daylight hours. This... more
