The Maligne Canyon Hostel is on the Maligne Lake Road, and is only about 15 minutes from Jasper. That gives it a big advantage - it's near enough to town for all the restaurants and other attractions, and it's far enough away to be a true wilderness hostel. with quiet nights and even a few bears.
