“Everything great, very friendly and courteous staff, but wi-fi very disappointing and they charge $15/day for it.”

Shocked to see such a charge for wi-fi which was so weak, which is pretty much par for the course with hotel wi-fi. Otherwise everything great here. Breakfast was exceptional. Nadine was so helpful getting us set up with a cot for our room. Housekeeping staff most accommodating and friendly!

“Business / Family Trip”

I had wanted a late checkout but the front staff were not very accomodating. My work in Kelowna was finishing about 1:00 and wanted a 2:00 PM checkout. Even as a platinum member it was denied. First time in many years @ any BW. Other than that a great hotel for all occasions.

“Great hotel”

Stayed overnight at this hotel wow the room was as big as my flat and the bed was huge if you fell out though you could hurt yourself due to bed being high. Fantastic facilities in room. Cannot fault.

The rooms were nice, clean & comfortable bed. Recently renovated. Hot breakfast included had good variety. All The staff were friendly & helpful. We definitely would stay there again. Located on the Main Street close to everything. My husband particularly liked having golf town located right behind the hotel.

When we travel to Kelowna we normally stay at the Delta Grand but after their renovations the prices have gotten stupid so we decided to try the Best Western. “Great sleep, beds are really comfortable & nice clean rooms”

We stayed in the tower on the 5th floor we could see the lake from the balcony. Good location lots of shopping all around. Breakfast included was good. The 97St Pub had great live entertainment, no worries about a DUI. Staff was really friendly. Thanks
