Just stayed at the Grand in Kelowna and was very happy with the facilities but not with the add ons. When a hotel charges a premium price they shouldn't charge for wifi and parking also. I've stayed at other hotels in Kelowna for less with as nice of rooms with these two feachers being free.

We've stayed here several times while travelling through Kelowna. Sunday brunch is amazing. Rooms are spacious with the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Blackout curtains ensure a good sleep-in if you're after it. Bathrooms have ample counter space! The service is always amazing.

we arrived late in the evening after driving from lake louise which was about 400km..front desk was quite impolite.being indians,we were not given good treatment.restaurants were overpriced.very little staff on property.not very helpful .even at about $180...it was a bit overpriced.
