The ladies at the front desk were very helpfull moving us into a room with a balcony overlooking the pool rather than the parking lot. Our first night here was terrible. we were on the botom floor outside the pool. the people upstairs were up till 4 in the morning partying. we stayed for five days. the rest of the days they did not party, but we could hear everything they did in their room.
