The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The Manager goes out of his way to accomodate and serve visitors.Jamie at the front desk goes out of his way to be helpful. He willingly provided much assistance to me when I ued the Business Centre at the Hoterl

“Showing its age”

Having stayed at this hotel over the last 8 years I was disappointed this time. The room has been updated with a flat screen TV, but the decor and supplies are not great. “Quality Service”

On numerous occassion the organization that I work for (Northern Health) utilizes this propertyl. When a reservation is required we email Chantel Westerlund and she makes our request come to life. “coast inn review”

my daughter and I stayed overnight,the rooms were clean and tidy,the beds were very comfortable.unfortunately the cusomer service needs improvement.We were helped by a grey haired lady at the front desk and she was very rude and ignorant.I think the young counter girl could teach her some manners.

“nice clean hotel”

stayed twice in march, was upgraded to large room, very clean, good staff, would stay again, prices a bit high but overall decent, ok breakfast downstairs. sometimes elevator has problems. tripadvisor needs to get rid of their 200 minimum characters.
