“WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD”

We booked 3 nights at the Cheltenham because it had a kitchen suite and was located in a very convenient area. The rooms were older but appeared reasonably clean. At 1:00 a.m. my wife woke screaming there were bugs crawling all over her.. I turned the lights on to see the bed was covered in bed bugs. We packed up... More

We booked a room for two nights at the Cheltenham Court Motel, thinking it looked pretty good outside, nice plants, lawn kept up etc., a short family vacation with two boys and two adults. in Victoria.
