Stayed here for 5 days for meetings, fantastic location right down town. Had a top floor harbour view room, great king matress. Watch the seaplanes taking off and Dragon boats in the harbour. Beautiful decor, very friendly staff, really nice fitness centre. Pool was out of service for the duration of my stay. More

We stayed here with our daughter for a couple of nights this past summer. We came in on the Victoria Clipper from Seattle and it was a nice, easy walk from the ferry terminal, through town, across the bridge to the Delta. Great locatin a short walk from down town. Received an upgrade to a room with a Bay Window overlooking the harbour. Indoor and outdoor breakfast option was fun and access to the Orca boats just down the Queue was a real plus. Have stayed at the Empress but this hotel was not so stuffy for a family. More
