In any case the reservation officer when we booked was excellent, and because of her flexiblity we stayed at the Royal Scot rather than our first 2 choices. It's an older hotel, but very well maintained. Nice rooms, good indoor pool area, great staff and a great location make this a very good option for those visiting Victoria. We stayed for 2 nights on a Butchart Gardens package, the rate was very reasonable. I reccomend this hotel for families visiting Victoria. More
