Very pleasant place to stay. It has a comforting, homely feel and Ned and Ann are exceptionally helpful. It was our second time at the B&B from Ned and Ann. It was so lovely to come back and be welcomed as family. The quality of this place deserve totally its 4 stars! We rented the Cottage via the internet and were delighted with it. The Eastons are gracious hosts who provided wonderful breakfasts. The cottage was spacious, clean comfortable etc. It is a full house with 2 bedrooms, bath, kitchen, LR, DR etc. We were very comfortable. We stayed two nights with Ned and Anne and found them warm and accommodating hosts. The location is good and quiet. The whole place is covered with lovely flowers. Breakfast was great. Fruit, cereal, juice, home-made jams then the cooked part with different choices every day. We would definitely come back if we are ever back in Victoria.

Our experience at Heathergate House B&B in Victoria was a real pleasure! The location was convenient, the breakfasts well-prepared with a choice of entrees, the room well-appointed and comfortable and best of all were the charming and accommodating host and hostess! We met two sets of returning guests who said they would stay no where else in Victoria!! We agree.
