Looking for a great deal in Victoria - this is it!!! Great location in DT - close to all the action yet far away to get a good night's rest. Courteous and helpful staff - They stored our bikes overnight in their staff office. Nice clean rooms - if all you are looking for is a clean room with nice... More

My husband had a bad sprain and had difficulty maneuvering. As soon as the manager saw us trying to unload the car she ran to help us. She brought our luggage to the room, and a few minutes later returned with a half dozen extra pillows and a ziplock bag full of ice for my husbands ankle. I can't tell... More

The area is not in a nice part of the downtown Harbour area in Victoria - the general area is definitely on the seedy side. The parking is across the street, and although free it's not secure. The elevator is small and doesn't feel safe. Paint is peeling everywhere. Found a silverfish in the bathroom sink. The tub is chipped... More

We had been to this place in 2011 and found it ok. A little old but kept up reasonably well. So, we decided to go again just this week. We made a reservation after looking at the website and found that the price including a Continental Breakfast for $69.95. We had to change our reservation because the people we had... More

First thing is that this isn't the Ritz. But that is also a good thing. It is, however, affordable, clean, and downtown so its near a lot of things. Plus the beds are comfy, the room was quiet, and they are also pet friendly. Another thumbs up.

Visit with my uncle and granny, we went to the Butchart gardens then get some rest in the room, it's a bit small but consider clean and good location. We walked down to the harbour around the evening, the sun is about going down, the light of the ocean's reflection is quiet beautiful. At the end of the walkway, there's... More

I have stayed there during Curling World Championships. It was a nice place to sleep in and close to the Safe-on-Foods Memorial. It is an old building with partly refurbished rooms (bathroom). Unfortunately the room was quite smelly. Service in the room is done quite quick and bed sheet were never changed during one week of stay. I did not... More

This hotel is so nasty, I was going to cry, I wanted to leave so badly, I even called to change my tickets to leave early, they could not change it, so I was stuck staying here. Every time I tried to go into my room, it locks me out, I have to go back to the counter to get... More

Good price for the location and is within easy walking distance to all the sights. Bad price considering you are at a hotel to sleep. My boyfriend found the bed hard (I didn't have a problem), the air that was being circulated in the room was super dry which made it hard to sleep as you had to continually reach... More

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was shuttle availability, which upon arrival discovered does not exist. Also disappointing were the food service hours; 12-5 over the holidays. Fortunately, city buses up & down Douglas street ran regularily, & there were other restaurants with better hours. Kudos to Executive House Hotel - restaurant was open until 2 pm... More
