Smelly sheets,dirty room, food in fridge upon arrival,beat up room in need of a reno.Have to get your key at a different hotel.No front desk service.Great location and exterior of building. Trying to figure out parking without anyone at the front desk was challenging.

friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent price for Whistler. the rooms are a little small but you get a full kitchenette and free wifi. having a place with a swimming pool and hottub was nice after a day on the slopes.

alpeglow is not a hotel with conventional set up . Each unit is independently owned and managed.Quality of cleanliness varies from unit to unit .great central location and reasonably quiet (away from bar stroll).front desk is part time only .

Great stay here.. the rooms are very pleasant. They are warm and the beds are super comfy. There is good storage for snowboarding equipment and the spa is insanely warm after a cold day on the slopes. Loved it here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rental staff were really good too! Would stay here again!
