I don't understand how this hotel is rated second best in Winnipeg. Overall the experience is very sleazy. I am sorry to hear that Rome did not meet your expectations. Guests usually really like the large 4'x6' hot tub and the steam room with waterproof speakers inside is pretty luxurious.
