Once upon a time when this hotel was new it was fantastic and posh. Now, a Holiday Inn Express beats it hands down. The once opulent Hotel is run down and tired. The room was nice and clean, the staff were nice but the buffet wasn't good. You expect a real good buffet from a hotel like this, but we were really disapppointed. It was my first buffet and I would not recommend it, sorry. Nevertheless, i have eaten at the restaurant, and it was really good.

Arrived on Nov 11/2011, Front Desk staff was excellent. Stayed in Suite 500, carpet in the hallway looked dirty, or in need of replacement. Our room which was a suite looked very dated, and in need of being nenovated. The ceiling had been repaired, but a 4 foot square section, was not painted.
