We've stayed here in the past, and will probably stay again. The room and the breakfast room were both spotless. There is wifi, a coffee maker, and toiletries, with parking across from the room. Breakfast had the usual items: muffins, english muffins, waffles, toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereals, juices, coffee, tea.... certainly enough to get us stared in the morning.... More

We stayed here two nights on our Canadian adventure. The room was five minutes away from Reversing Falls and was clean and comfortable. We booked an efficiency and the room was quite large. Excellent for an Econo Lodge. More

This is the first Econo Lodge I've ever stayed at so I didn't know what to expect. I had read lots of bad reviews about other Econo Lodges but this one seemed to get great reviews. After staying here, I'm guessing that the good reviews were given because the hotel/motel compared favourably to other Econo Lodges, Super 8s, Motel 6s...... More

We stayed one night before taking the ferry to Digby. The hotel is very convenient for the ferry. Our room was quite large and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a coffee maker in the room. The bathroom had a good shower and was well equipped. We checked in on one level and went down one flight of... More

Normally we avoid Econolodge like the plague. Almost every one we have tried has been dirty, coming apart, e.g., wall paper hanging down, etc. When we got to Saint John the Econolodge was the only place in our price range (prices in Canada seem to be much higher than in the US) so we gave it a try. What a... More

We stayed one night going and one night returning on our trip from Maryland to Nova Scotia. This motel is whistle clean, smoke free, and eco-friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a true oasis of good value. It is a shining star, especially compared to the nightmare we experienced in Bar Harbor,... More

This hotel was clean and quiet and the rooms were a nice size. However, the neighborhood it's in is a little rough and it was very expensive for an Econo Lodge. They charge more for every person staying in the room including children so for a family of 4 like us it was $120 a night. The "free" breakfast is... More

This is where our stopover landed us. The room was small and up some steep and narrow steps. Not too good for older folks. It was clean and fair priced. Had wi-fi and coffee maker. Also a free breakfast that was on the first floor. We were on the 3rd floor. Overall not bad but not great either. More

Stayed overnight on the 24th June, 2007, driving home to Nova Scotia from Boca Raton, Florida. We travel a lot, and over the years we've learned to check the rooms before we check in, no matter how tired we are. There are 2-3 other local motels, a quick look at their rooms got us back in the car double quick,... More

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the room size, cleanliness, quality and value. The room was clean, the King size bed was firm, in-room internet was available, and the hotel was fairly quiet. It also had a laundry, which we desparately needed. However, there is only one washer and one dryer, and last wash is at 8:00 p.m.... More
