We can't say enough about this B&B and the owners Tim and Patrick. Unfortunately now closed until next spring. It's our 2nd stay and as before, the hosts not only can cook up a great breakfast with all your allergies taken into consideration, but they run a breakfast and luncheon room for locals and those passing through the town. They're... More

This Inn is highly rated on Trip Advisor and I needed a place for one night in Shediac while I looked at some properties. I must have missed the detail where it said that only some rooms had ensuite bathrooms while other rooms had no bathroom except for one out in the hall. The room they put me in was... More

We chose the #1 Shediac pick for accommodations and were glad we did. Tim was available to answer all our east coast travel queries while Patrick was the gourmet in the kitchen. Both were available to take care of any issues. Please remember, the home is very old. It's amazing how it has been restored yet included amenities such as... More

We blew into this charming B&B one stormy rainy day on our drive over from PEI on our tour of the Maritimes. Patrick kindly let us pick our room out, as they were not busy that day and he didn't seem to care that I just couldn't make up my mind, the choices were all so tempting! Finally we settled... More

Not good, but may be the best you’ll find in this out-of-the-way corner of New Brunswick. When you enter our room (#6), you are actually entering the bathroom! You then go through another door into the bedroom. The tub/shower is in the bedroom, not the bathroom! The place is old and has very heavy windows that you can barely lift... More

As soon as you walk in you know that you are in for something special and it just gets better from there. Rooms remind me of some small boutique hotel in large urban areas and the decor says sit, relax and how can we serve you. Great host, very attentive to small details which make the visit more comfortable......

My wife and I wanted to take a couple days to relax and unwind, we were very fortunate to find the Auberge Thyme. Patrick and Tim were excellent hosts who provided not only a clean comfortable room but also a beautiful breakfast with coffee that I would argue is the best in town. Best B&B we have stayed in without... More

My experience at this bed and breakfast was wonderful! The decor was charming, lovely and well taken care of, the food was luscious, and the hosts were friendly, helpful and accomodating. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast and I am anxious to return!

We booked this Inn a few months ago and were looking forward to it.The CAA tour book states that a 3 day cancellation fee is imposed. The website and booking email had no reference to cancellation fees. Unfortunately,we had to cancel 16 days before our reservation. The owners debited my credit card in spite of my reminding them of the advertised policy,... More
