One of the oldest hotels in Yellowknife, but you wouldn't know it. It has been renovated and refurbished. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was newer and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. First time staying here; it was chosen by my employer. I would definitely stay here again on my own.

I'd say this is a typical, downtown Yellowknife type of hotel. It's Motel 6 quality, but provided us a comfortable night's sleep. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave. This is my second favourite hotel to the Explorer in Yellowknife. The rooms are all updated which is really important for me. The room is comfortable and quiet. The location is central. I've stayed here before and I would stay here again.
