Excellent value in the heart of historic Shelburne. Clean comfortable rooms. No hard mattresses or lumpy pillows here! And, if you missed having your meal at the Loyalist, you should at least try the bread pudding. Unbelieveably good! I would not stay anywhere else when visiting this area.

The owner, Gary is great. All the staff are awesome. We went to Shelburne for a family trip to do genealogy research on my wives family. It had a great location and great food. It was close to the waterfront. They were building an outdoor patio for the bar when we were there. The beds were very comfortable.

We arrived very late the first night and the kitchen was closed but we were starving.
