At $180 a night in a small Nova Scotia town, one might expect some luxury. Instead, we found tired linens, iffy wi-fi and a lacklustre breakfast. Other inns offer more personal warmth and better value.

We have stayed in 3 different B&B's in Wolfville. Was at the Gingerbread House Sep/11. Will not return to this B&B. Stayed in Victoria room. Room needs attention. Felt "old" and in need of TLC. We enjoyed everything about the Gingerbread House! Very friendly hosts, quiet and clean room with jacuzzi tub (room l'Acadie). Within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, etc.. We were travelling with our 3 month-old son and were most impressed with how accommodating they were!
