Dear gavin m, Thank you for your descriptive and falsified review. First and foremost, it did not take you 30 minutes to check-in as I was present while a member of our front desk staff checked you in within 5 minutes of your arrival. we stay here once a year maybe twice. it is always something we look forward to.. if we had an issue this time it would be no eggs available when several people were trying to eat around 7:30 .We waited until 8 and had something else and left.still no eggs!...........

“Barrie wedding”

Overall stay was quite acceptable. Facility lacking in handicap parking spaces and I had to have the front desk host reboot the internet twice, Friday night and Saturday morning. Other than those fixable things I like Super8 because they tend to be newer buildings and decent rates. Oh yeah, the elevator made weird noises.

“Everything Great Until My Credit Card was Compromised”

You are blaming the hotel for using your credit card information to purchase cell phones? Like any hotel, we require the guest name, address and credit card information to make a reservation.
