Lisa really really deserves a day off with pay or even a spa day..loved her sense of humour..a great server..All the staff were friendly and very helpful... Very dated room with gross carpet. Walls must be paper thin bc you can hear the ppl in next room talking quietly. I got back to my room around 1am with a few friends and decided to hold a conversation at a reasonable volume... Big mistake, security came and told us to be quiet within minutes and threatened to call... More

Unfortunately some of our parkside rooms have only been partially renovated with new drapes, and bedspreads, we will be installing new carpet this year. I was in town for one day and was very pleased with the hotel. My room was large with a lovely view of the Bay of Quinte. The hotel was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Wifi was fast and reliable. Just had one night in the Travelodge in Belleville but thoroughky enjoyed my stay. The room was large, clean and modern - breakfast (included) was substantial and the service was very friendly. Great restaurants and scenic attractions nearby (on the Bay of Quinte). Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
