I travel to Kingston on business twice a month. The service and hospitality that I receive is second to none. Everyone is exceptional at what they do. Restaurant has great food to compliment it all. Rooms are ok, somewhat dated. Thanks to Jonathan and his team.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. It was a little on the dated side but very comfortable. The price was a little steep compared to competitors. Town was full due to Shriners convention and international rugby match.

We recently had a weekend "gathering" at the hotel and were absolutely delighted with everything the hotel had to offer. “Excellent place to host a convention/conference”

We were recently here for a Convention. We had the entire hotel to ourselves as we booked all the rooms. They looked after all of the arrangements and everything was excellent. While they say they "didn't go out of our way", it certainly felt like they did from the formal dinners, to the restaurant, bar, atrium meals! Cannot say enough... More

We were doing a ten week project in Kingston which involved an overnight stay every two weeks. Made the error of going cheap and stayed at the Super 8 the first week - horrible. Disclaimer - we won a weekend in Kingston promotion from the tourism board so everything [but tips, purchases, transfers...] was basically free, including our room. “Good value for a family weekend”

We found this hotel to be very accommodating for our weekend stay. Check in was quick and staff helpful. Rooms clean and large. There were 10 families in our group and the hotel gave us a suite at no charge as a gathering spot. Buffet breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday mornings was excellent.
