Found out about this through friends and with the price and closeness to the arena core it fits the bill completely. This location just opened barely a week ago after a retrofit of a former residence location. Staff were new, overwhelmed but trying to make it work as best as possible.

I found the room was excellent very clean, as well with relocating from Vancouver to London, it had all the furniture I needed, as well as cable. The building was quiet, staff was amazing, and the location was close to my new job and to all downtown stores.

Beware of a hotel website that doesn't have pictures. You get what you pay for (about $70/night CDN). the park lane hotel has been in london forever! and you can tell. Unless things have changed, it is a wonderful place and student can call home. However, the ajoining restaurants and pubs are beyond compare!
