Wow...unfortunately every time we turned around something went wrong here. Firstly, the temperature control in the room seemed to have 2 settings, freezing cold or blazing hot. This is one of the worst Hotel for Customer Service. The Manager there doen't know the ABC of what Customer Service means. They are extemely rude and dont know except their mistake.
