Nice experience if you want both to enjoy Niagara falls not far (15-20 mn) and the charming area of Niagara on the lake. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We felt both at home but also treated like real guests. The breakfast was a perfect English Breakfast - Thank You very much Viv and Les for your hospitality.
