“Great location, Great service!!”

Recently stayed at the Delta Ottawa for business. Really liked the close proximity to all the amenities including Parliament Hill and the spark street shops and eating establishments. Generally good service,well appointed rooms and clean. Food and pool are average. Lobby area very nice. Some rooms could use refreshing. The parking attendant is always an irritant. More

“Christmas Party”

Stayed two nights while in Ottawa for a Christmas party. Hotel was quite nice with spacious suites with balconies. Room had a kitchenette and very comfortable bed. Location is fairly good but a bit far to walkto Byward Market. It is conveniently located forthe stores and restaurants of Sparks Street. Christmas dinner was held ina private room in the hotel.... “Good location but a little tired”

We had a nice corner room on the 10th floor. The room was in need of renovations and the quality of the TV was really poor, Parking was really expensive but everything was walking distance. We would stay again if we could get the same special. More

Stayed for 4 nights in the 4th week of October. The hotel is centrally located which is an advantage. The staff are helpful and courteous. This hotel is well situated in downtown Ottawa. This is the only positive comment I can write on this hotel. They are still in the 90's.
