No recycling facilities but our room was clean and the staff friendly. Pool warm and sauna very pleasant. Price definitely right for a brief visit. Large room and view over the St. Laurent Centre Mall. We stayed here while visiting family and would do so again.

We have stayed many times in Ottawa at various hotels. The Chimo is okay but nothing special. We had a very hot night on Saturday and our air conditioning did not work. Ended up a night with very little sleep. Told the staff and nothing was done, could send maintenace after we checked out , which did not help us.
