“Great hotel experience”

I have spent many nights in this hotel. I have always been pleased with the service I have received from this hotel. The hotel is currently being renovated but it is already looking fresh and modern. I'm looking forward to my next stay there.

Excellent location. Walking distance from the Parliament Hill. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Check in and check out ok. Complimentary fruit at the lobby is always welcome. Negative point: no in room safe.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, The location was so convenient to the Parliament Buildings, the National Gallery and the Byward Market. The service was excellent. Friendly staff, sparkling clean room. This will be my go to hotel in Ottawa from now on.
