I may be a little biased as I was afforded access to the lounge and a larger room, but I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were nice, bed very comfortable, location great. My one complaint were the numbers of kids staying, but they may say more about me than the hotel!

Stayed here a few weeks ago. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere. Staff are extremely rude, rooms are dirty (I found skittles on the floor when I checked in and stains on the bed sheets). I am completely disappointed and would never return

Ive stayed in a few hotels in ottawa and this one was pretty great. I was here for a conference and stayed in the hotel with about 20 other people and they accommodated our group extremely well. The rooms are fantastic, very comfortable. Also the restaurant was pretty decent. Breakfast was a little pricey though.
