If you are used to Holiday Inns, then you'll be okay with this place as your average Holiday Inn hotel. It's not a bad place to stay as the staff are nice and courteous and the location is good. hotel seems a little outdated and wifi connection is weak and spotty.

Hi: I thought the hotel was good and I'd consider staying here again - but I'd also happily shop prices at other good hotels in Ottawa. Room size was good. Staff were excellent. Hotel was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location is good. WIFI was slow.

Corner room was spacious enough having booked the 'business room package' (pretty good price for Ottawa), with a decent desk and lighting, but the wifi internet connection was very poor. For the price you pay, you get an excellent overall package. The location is great -- walking distance to many of Ottawa's attractions (Rideau Canal, Parliament, Byward Market etc.). Location is good - staff are great. This is a clean and reasonably priced choice for a stay in the Capital City. We used this hotel as a base for our exporing Ottawa and the beds were so comfy we felt well rested very morning.

Situated close to the major attractions (Parliament House, Byward Mall), this hotel is a stroll away from everything.
