Otherwise worthy of 5 stars. Everything was basic but well executed. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, WiFi was quick and free - and there was a coffee shop on the premises. My decision to stay here was based on the hotel's close proximity to a business meeting.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Front Desk polite, courteous and fast check-in. Suggestion, rope off area where guests line tio check in, I found people jump infront of you. Rooms clean, full with all the amenities one would need. Beds very comfortable. Excellent location, restaurants within walking distance. Loved the coffee in the lobby.

This is a bustling place, but with not much room for the bustle in the lobby areas. there is a small coffee shop where the line obstructs access to the elevators...peo;e trying to get luggage through is difficult. One of the best hotel's I've stayed at for business. So much around you to do. The restaurant across the street call Syndicate is a must when you stay here. The staff at the hotel and rooms were beautiful. The hotel upgraded my room for free because i stay with Holiday Inn often.

Had a girls weekend during a workshop held at this location. The rooms were very clean and the staff from the reception area to housekeeping were very friendly. There was also a hockey tournament that weekend and a lot of kids running in the halls, but the staff did their best to keep it under control ( hello!! parents!!! )... More

Stayed here from march 15-17 front desk people were very polite and did there job well!!
