My stay at the hotel this time was not as good as the past experiences I have had with it. The hotel is normally ok, this time however the bathroom was dated and this made it look unclean, the shampoo and conditionner isn't very good and the water is hard and makes your skin very dry.

Have rated this hotel highly in the past, and appreciate free wifi. However, on this visit, wifi connection is excruciatingly slow, and it's killing me to get work done. Also, I think this hotel used to provide free bottled water. Now, just empty mini-bar and no water. A bit sparse for this level of hotel.

No issues. Accept dogs at no extra charge. Parking garage access is a little bit of a maze, but no real complaints. Comfortable and clean. Only provided 2 towels so had to ask for 2 more. Again, not a big deal.
