I stayed at the Sheraton Center in December 2011. I loved everything about the hotel!!! I would certainly return. If it is within your budget choose the suites; you feel like you are at home and not cramped in a sardine can! More

This is a great place if you have a layover. When you factor can costs and so forth, it's a good place for the location. As for restaurants in the area, you would have to cab it in order to get non airport food. The restaurant in the hotel is good, but pricey. For the rooms, the size is nice... More

I was pleased with the overall value of the hotel but feel as though from my first experience that if the front line staff had more 'wow' to them I would not be paying such an aggressive rate for this hotel. The rooms are nice however you can tell that they have done surface renovations (as opposed to full renovations)... More

We stayed here on January 6, 2012 prior to an early morning flight. Check in was very easy and quick and the staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable with a nice big flat screen tv. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Being so close to the airport we thought there would be a lot of noise... More

Dear "cairo20", Thank you!!! We truly appreciate you taking the time to write this wonderful review. The feedback is definitely a welcome morale booster for the team here at the Hotel. It's great to hear that their efforts are being appreciated. In regards to Olio (the Hotel's restaurant); yes... we're certainly blessed with an amazing culinary team and a great... More

Stayed here for 1 week in January on business. Close to airport and highway 401. Room was clean, shower water was hot and beds were comfortable. I ate at the attached restaurant - Olio - every night for dinner and the food was excellent although a little pricey (e.g. $18 for chicken Caesar salad). Service was friendly. Internet is available... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night when I got stuck at YYZ airport because of the delayed flight. The room wasn't very spacious, however it looked very clean. Beds were very comfortable which was a huge advantage after spending so much time on the way to Canada. Staff was quite friendly and understanding, they let me make a... More

Having just returned from an 8 night stay at this property, i was quite underwhelmed especially as an SPG Platinum guest. Since the hotel was converted 2 years ago from a Renaissance to a Sheraton, the common areas have received a great facelift and are very nice by Sheraton standard. The room is OK with a new carpet and updated... More

Dear seekay03, Thank you for the constructive feedback. The conditions of the bathroom you describe is definitely unacceptable and I do apologise. Although our team visits every room in the Hotel on a semi-annual basis to conduct preventive maintenance; apparently your room must have been missed (and maybe missed on a few rotations). Regarding our pool… I don’t know exactly... More

Here's the deal on this one: It's nice enough but not sparkling. The room was clean but not perfect and I don't mean minor stains or dings because I don't care about those. I mean the empty water bottle on the floor behind the chair that wasn't removed by the housekeeper when she cleaned the room and some other things... More

Hello "Michdude", Thanks for the feedback. Thanks for the great service acknowledgement; as the team certainly works to ensure our service is better than what you'll find at competing hotels. I passed on the water bottle concern to our Housekeeping team for their understanding. Regards and thanks for your busienss and hope you visit again, Dan More

Got caught in Toronto on our way back from St. Lucia in early January. Missed our connection to Edmonton and stayed at the Sheraton for two nights. Front desk staff are excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. We are Gold members and got a higher floor which was nice, robes etc. Room was large and nicely laid out. As with most... More

stayed here one night before a flight with family - including a 1 year old. The room was very clean, good quality linens, comfortable beds and no noisy heat/airconditioning. The vent flaps to let in fresh air was great. The lobby, restaurant, sitting area with neat fireplace were very nice and front desk staff were absolutely great. I highly reccommend... More
